So, I bit the bullet, and installed the 'fun' switch. I've basically got a two into one exhaust, and installed an Summit electric cut out right before the muffler.
Checked it out in the neighborhood, and all seemed to be working, with no exhaust leaks. Went for a test drive, and took my 17 year old daughter, who self admittedly, is NOT a truck or engine girl.
When got out of the neighborhood, I hit the switch and stomped on it, her eyes lit up!! She LOVED it! LOL Didn't matter how fast or slow we were going, she just wanted to hear it! Good times!
And yes, I've got extra 2.5" pipe and clamps for when it goes out, but until then, her and her momma love it!
Cheers!
