So a few days ago I was cleaning the old Dana front axle, Found some odd things about the locking front end. Dana 44-50FF. I have no idea can someone help me with this? I have seen Dana 44's & 60's but a Dana 44-50 FF doesn't sound right to me? Anyone have any intelligence in this, I need to be enlightened?

You sure its not a 44-5C-F.....Dana 44, Mid 70s(IIRC), Chevy, Front. The FF might be fulltime front.
