I am replacing the floor pans with new cab support and inner and outter rocker panel as well as the kick panel and I am now trying to figure out the order as which they install any help would be appreciated i bought the replacement floor pans not the drop in style

Ill update my own thread as I learn the process

Started by removing rusted floors, rockers, and kick panel then proceed to test fitting after test fitting i cut out and welded the inner rocker to the floor pan

Pulled bottom of b pillar back to replace rotten floor and inner rocker sheet metal and welded passenger floor in

Looks like your doing an awesome job and in the right order. For added protection there is a weldable primer for in between if you have any overlapping pieces or over reinforcements.

Test fitted the cab on the frame before sending body to blasting since i replaced the front cab supports

Got the body back from media blasting last weekend and epoxy primered. I seam sealed all the joints and weld seams during the week. This weekend I started to put the bedliner in and ran out half way through of course

Did find some old damage after media blasting bondo definitely hide that something must have fell on the roof in the past and crippled riverside c pillar
