What is the best place to buy spray paint for factory rally wheels for 1986 K10?

I have sandblasted and primed wheels - ready to finish them.

I used the Duplicolor silver on mine this last time. A little glossy but the color is right.
The VHT stuff was the best but they quit making the GM color and the Ford has way too much flake in it now.

If you don't mind having more metal flake in the paint, there's a Dodge truck silver that Duplicolor used to have, that is close to the GM Argent in shade. I used it to paint some Chrysler Rallye wheels and it looked great, think I might have sprayed some GM Rallyes with it too(since we had 15x8s on the back of the '84 Burb).

Yeah it’s Light Driftwood Metallic. Random I know…lol.
Had a couple 2nd Gen’s with that color and then sprayed a silver GMC that color when I repainted it. Was close enough in color that the jambs and firewall etc almost matched. It was a scuff n squirt not a restoration.
I had, still have some base coat left over. Have used it in place of argent on multiple vehicles. It’s slightly darker than argent and the metallic changes shades in the sun. Has some gold metallic in it.
Painted the old headlight buckets on the 86 with it. Base coat only, why it’s not shiny. Compare color to the original grille. And for comparison an original/original truck.

After measuring. These are 15x7 and stamped 15x7?? They are 8” outside to outside but 7” bead to bead.

Wheel width is measured bead seat to bead seat. Not gospel, but the overall width on steel wheels is generally about an inch greater than the width is, as you measured (8” overall, 7” seat to seat).
