I believe to convert to cross over steering/ high steer. You need
Machined flat top knuckle(s)
Drag Link ( Tie rod)
Drop Pitman arm
2WD steering gear box.
Parentheses are for the whole high steer setup.
My experience is of the GMT400. I never setup a square myself. But I’m confident you’ll need the 2wd box.

From my understanding the 2WD box is clocked 90* different than a 4WD.
