Yah, I want to do anything I can to help the mileage thing out, and I am assuming it would kick the OD in a little earlier, right now it won't kick in until you are over 45 MPH. Plus 80 percent of the time the truck is on the road I have the baot and trailer on the back so it wouldn't hurt to have a little extra torque. I'm also getting this "back to stock" itch.it would give ya some torque back and save some gas too I bet.
Shiiit.89Sub don't need no mpg. He gets like 33 mpg already in that thing!!!
Shiiit.
I'd like to have it kick in around 40 mph. I got to talk to HPRC and see if there is a way to adjust that.yep it should help some, as for kicking it in earlier it may due to engine rpm's cuz with shorter tires the rpm's will be up more.
I'm lucky to see over 10 I would imagine, with all the start and stopping and short run around town I do.What? is that not true?
I'm not sure of the ratio, it's stock with positraction, that's all I know.what kinda gear you run out back?
throw in some 3.73's or 4.11's that'll kick it in around 40 lol.
I am sure there is a label in there, I just got to take the screw out I drilled through the glove box door becaue the latch broke, lol.You still have the SPID label in the glovebox?
