got rid of the flatbed i got my truck on and when i get a factory bed i’m gonna have to paint it so it’s just one solid color. i’m on as small of a budget i can get. the truck is old and rusty and i don’t care about having a shiny paint job on it.
i’ve seen people do primer paint jobs and just leave it at that but i’ve heard that water can still oxidize underneath. another option would be a rustoleum paint job, most likely thinned out and sprayed out of a harbor freight gun. the truck was painted black last so i will probably stick with black or a dark grey. what’s the best option here?
