So some items were given to me and the carbs are missing little things like a bolt here and there. I recieved a Chevrolet Performance ZZ4 Intake Manifold 10185063
A Edelbrock 1406 - Edelbrock Performer Carburetors and
a Holley Carburator 1850-5
and my question is should i add this to my truck? and which one? Now keep in mind i dont know about anything on these parts and they look nice but thats as far as my knowledge goes on these type of things. :hands:

If the motor is all stock and runs well, I'd leave it alone because a new intake and carb really isn't going to gain you any power without other changes. But if the q-jet is shot, I personally would refresh the Holley and throw it on with the intake too. Only because I know a Holley much better than a q-jet.

BTW, the Holley is a 600 cfm and I think the Eddy is a 600 or 650 too.

Both are 600cfm carbs. The 1850 is a vacuum secondary carb IIRC, where the Edelbrock is a mechanical secondary. If you're planning on using either, use the Holley.
