I was mistaken, the switch on the drivers side of the firewall is the one for your T.C. lockout and if i remember right you want to hook it up to manifold vacuum. The way it was explained to me was when your just cruising along the throttle blades are closed and the engine creates more vacuum. When you put your foot into it, the throttle blades open up, decreasing the amount of manifold vacuum. When that switch on the firewall senses less than a certain amount of vacuum, it opens up and takes the T.C. out of lock up.
