If it had lower body cladding, vents in the hood and a 3.4 DOHC V6, then yes. Otherwise, it would be a Euro, which is the 3.1 V6, sport suspension and a trim package.

I've had a few Z34's and they are out of my system now. I even gave away all my extra doors, bumpers, cladding, etc. Although I never had one with a 5-speed, besides a crashed parts car. If one of those fell in my lap, I'm not sure I could pass it up.

It's funny, twice I have done an even trade where I swapped a Z34 for a 3rd gen Camaro.

Yeah, what the hell they were thinking when they were designing how to bolt a C4 Corvette rear bumper on.
That's about the hardest GM thing I've messed with in a while.
That and undoing the entire dash harness. What a horrible design.
Try replacing an Opti Spark distributor. Stinking nightmare when you have a bad back. It now runs better than it did when it rolled off of the assembly line. Still worth it in my opinion. I love the C4 Corvette platform. My 4th Gen Camaro is way faster then my Corvettes. Love the all Aluminum LS powered Camaros.

It may sound funny, but a Citation X-11 is a bucket list car of mine. I should have got one years ago when you could still find one. Same with an '86-'87 Cavalier Z-24. With a manual trans would be ideal. They are basically all gone and I can't find one.
Those Z24 Cavalier cars came with a fiberglass hood with air induction. My friend bought one new and it was a very fun car. I loved the factory hoods on the Z24 cars. Wouldn’t mind finding one just to have around. Luminas had a massive amount of room on the interior. Like 5 miles between the driver and passenger. Grand Prix GTP cars were also very fast and fun.

Why did GM installed the upper door hinges on our trucks with two bolts from the exterior and one bolt from the interior of the truck?

There's gotta be a reason, but I can't think of a good one.

The plan jane Citations we had in the fleet years ago had the 2.8 engine from he!!. I sure hope the X-11's had a better engine.

On a slightly related note, it has always annoyed me how they didn't make the door hinges bigger or modify them to better sustain the weight of the door? The heavy square body doors eat through hinge bushings quick. The GMT400 trucks suffer from the same issue. It took GM decades to figure out how to design door hinges properly.

It might have, I can't remember. Didnt pay too much attention to it. It was there for a few months, then it got crushed.

The answer is most times obvious, cost, ease of assembly and engineering requirements ie safety.

Never liked any under dash work but it is part of the automotive "experience".

Today no one wants to get out and turn in hubs. All that fancy stuff eventually fails then,,,,,,,,,,,,,, shocker it is expensive to fix.
