I can’t seem to figure out if my spindles are 3” or 2.5” drop. The springs are 1 inch drop if I’m not mistaken by the pku code. Not sure how to measure them. Any help is appreciated.

Using my truck as reference, I'd guess you're around 4-4.5" up front. The spindle should have a PN# somewhere on it but you'll likely need to take the brakes off to find it. What's the rear setup? Flip kit? My truck was ~4.5/6 when I bought it with 2.5" McGaughy's spindles, 1 coil cut off the stock spring for 2" and a flip kit in the rear, your truck looks very similar.
