Cab bottom pics needed

Does anyone have a pic of their SB cab on its back showing the bottom? There are several holes underneath but I'm trying to locate the actual mount holes. My cab is on a dolly - I think the cab is sitting on the mount holes - dunno - cant quite tell. I need to make stands to get it off the dolly so I can paint and undercoat the bottom.

The fronts are at the intersectionthe cab support and brace that runs to the inner rocker.

@legopnuematic beat me to it but here’s another, also a picture of the skids I built to hold my cab until the bodywork was done and it was ready to go back on the frame.

Probably easiest to just tip the cab on its back to paint the underside

Is that primer or paint? Or both? I'm leaning towards POR15-ing the bottom then spraying it with 3M undercoating. It goes on runny then sets up like a waxy asphalt - very OE like.

Really like that dolly with it on its back. THX

I would not use the undercoating. It hardens over time and starts to crack. Water gets in and creeps under the undercoating. The rust can not be seen and when the undercoating falls off you have serious rust problem. That's my experience with undercoating products.
I use a good primer and 2K chassis paint which is very durable. I apply wax or grease products on rust prone areas and check them 1x per year and reapply where it's needed.

That is a heavy coat of epoxy, white tinted raptor liner, base coat, and a medium solids clear coat.

No experience with the 3M undercoat but most everything 3M is quality product.

I’ve used U-pol raptor liner on some projects and Dad did the bottom of his ‘56 and under hood with U-pol Gravitex (IIRC). The raptor is a 2K urethane that sets up like bedliner and the gravitex is a 1K product that stays a little softer and more flexible.


FYI the back of the cab is just rolling around on regular furniture moving dolly’s from tractor store, like $20 each IIRC. I built the skids so I could set it back down on it’s bottom without damaging the underside and rocker panels.
