That is one sexy engine. I love the valve covers. What carb did you put on it? Or did you go TBI?

I should have watched the video first. It's a carb. Looks like a Demon. What size is it?

LT1’s are great engines . Still running mine and it’s been ran hard, LS motors are great as well , but I am partial to the LT1 engines . Making little over 400hp and with a 3.73 rear haven’t had a 6 speed ls run me down yet in a 1/8 mile

When a woman can stand there and video an engine fire up, seem excited and then in response to something you said exclaim "because you don't have the throttle (return) spring hooked up!"... You marry that woman.
I did just that ten years ago. Then I sealed the deal by putting four kids in her lol. But that may be TMI.

Truth be told she's more inclined than I am. She's just used to BIG engines up in the 1820 cu in range. B17s were her specialty for years ;)

Its a Summit Max Performance 650. Basically a summit knock-off Holley 4160. The rear bowl is grey now because the original was no good (had to use a Holley replacement), but other than that its been a great carb so far.

@da_rabbi,

I like those numbers. and that's exactly what HP I was thinking was over 425. Unlike some 350 builds all that horse power means the engine won't last long, but that was built into the LT1's and 4's. Fuel injection, you know? You can run HP like that and the engine likes it. Yeah, mid '90's cars were the "bomb" man!
