Hey I got a 1983 gmc 2500
Had bench seats but it wasn't worth saving between the mice and tearing. Guy gave me couple buckets and besides the arm rest pretty good shape so I put those in.

I went a different route and just used the bottom bench frame(striped bench) and welded brackets for the seats and bolted them to the frame. It took some time and a bit of hackery but I think looks not too bad and works for me.
I'll eventually build a console

I haven't really looked into it yet but how do you fix arm rests that are ripped from normal wear and tear?
