Well, they friend that was interested decided to pass. He drives the truck maybe a dozen times a year, lot of money for limited use. Can’t say I really blame him.

So it's for sale still?

I missed a price on this or was it priced? I don't have the engine done yet but if it's a deal I might consider not worrying with my Street Avenger :p

LOL. But, you haven't driven it.
Nope.
Not yet! Only factor left is putting a load on the motor.

I just liked how once I got thru my own stupidity, it was so simple.

My personal stupitidy on the setup is what costed 10 pages on a thread somewhere on this forum

Well I hate to tell ya partner that your gonna have to put more than a " load on it." You have to actually drive it under all conditions to get it to "learn." And it will only "learn" to the settings you input into the fuel/air/spark maps. If you don't know what those settings are for your engine, your leaving alot of driveability and power on the table. You need time under various weather conditions and a dyno to optimize driveability, power and fuel economy. I did all that at great expense only to have the POS fail and invalidate my tune because it decided it needed a "firmware update." It left me stranded and that POS went in the trash.

If I can't trust it to get me home it won't reside on my vehicle.

You could always apply the e-break and "put a load on it" in your driveway... assuming it dosen't overheat with that shroudless flexfan your running?

My apologies to the OP.

Don’t want to hijack Matt’s thread, but if it’s sold—I have a Sniper and the Dual Sync Distributor to control timing as a matched system for sale.

Otherwise, buy Matt’s first of course.
