Does anyone know a good way to get it where my truck rolls again? It's been sitting for a long time and I believe the pads and rotors may be rusted together.

If it's a stuck caliper hugging onto the rotor too tight, unbolt the caliper, and replace it and the pads. If the rotor is worn out, knock it out too. I'd do the same for the wheel on the opposing side. Do you have discs on all four wheels, and if not, are you sure that it's the front ones? I've had this happen to me in one of the rear drums because they were old and were adjusted too tight. I sprayed a bunch of WD40 in the seam where the drum mounts and let it soak overnight. It took a lot of persuasion, but it came off. I then proceeded to adjust the shoes more inward because they were a bit draggy.

I got it to move by replacing the calipers. Thanks!
