Ok! May have corrected the issue! I repaired a ground from the frame to the bed. This seems to have remedied the brake light issue. As far as the turn signals. I used a Power Probe to test the wires going to the switch in the column and from the connector, through the bulkhead and too the tail lights. Wiring was good from the bulkhead to the tail lights, so started checking other parts. I found that one of the flashers seemed to be overheating, as though it had a short in it. I replaced that flasher and low and behold, I now have the signals back working correctly!!
