Looks like you made biggest improvement so far if you went to the 4:10 gears and got rid of the 3:08 gears. Makes a whole different truck out of one. What exactly do you use your truck for? Daily driver, pull trailer, wheeling, or general purpose?
If you were closer I have a set of headers I just took off a 78 k20 I just cut up. I Never run headers on anything. There not worth the hassle unless you have a high performance engine. Flanges always leak, collectors leak, and spark plug wires are attracted to them to get burnt into. Offloading the truck makes all this worse. Just some advice from someone that's had alot of trucks I've drove with headers on them when I got them.
