Black or Tan replacement carpet

Are those entry trim pieces plastic or metal? I'd offer to trade my brand new aluminum ones but I have a K5 so they don't have the same upturned lip for the gas tank hump that runs under the seat.

Gotta go with tan. Hides fart stains better.
