Bell-housing Zerk Fitting

There's this zerk fitting on the bellhousing:

What is it supposed to grease? How do I know how much to add?

That should be for the pivot ball the clutch fork rides on. It should only take 2 or 3 pumps of grease. You can see it if you pull the fork boot off.

By "it" do you mean the grease coming out? Or the boot? I can't find a boot...
This is what I'm looking at: (ignore loose slave bolts)

I pumped a bit of grease in and it sounded like something was moving with each pump...
Didn't really notice a difference in pedal feel after the grease was added.

"It" refers to the pivot ball and the grease when there is enough. The boot I am refering to is the rubber part in the bell housing hole that the clutch fork pokes through.
