It was made at the Tonawanda plant August 7th. What are the casting numbers off the back of the block at the trans mount surface?

CE usually always denotes a Crate Engine that was replaced as an over the counter warranty replacement engine. I have had a couple over the years.

Agreed. I couldn't say what the other digits mean, but that's what the CE means, lol.
