That's an R4 compressor. The big blocks didn't use an R4 compressor until the serpentine belt setup in the later years. The new body trucks got them in '88, I believe the squarebody trucks got them in '89.

There were a couple compressors used in the 70's and 80's, but I don't remember if they use the same bracetry or not. I'll dig up some pictures of my old '86.
