My truck originally had automatic hubs and we ended up putting a different axle out of a parts truck when we rebuilt the truck that did not have auto hubs and can’t find anything on installing auto hubs in a manual hub axle. Is it even possible?

Try looking at the Milemarker product line. Converting to manual hubs is a common fix when converting an NP203 to part time, so I’m sure the kits are still available.

The hubs will fit, otherwise you could not convert auto or full time 4wd hubs to manual locking hubs. On auto locking hubs with 3 hole cap screws you have to do a spindle nut conversion too.
If you want to keep the auto hubs just try if they fit to the new axle.
Consider upgrading to manual hubs as they are stronger than auto locking hubs. Auto locking hubs can fail if not serviced well.
Buy quality all metal hubs like Warn or Mile Marker.
