I've got bars like that and they were so loose I had someone weld them to whatever was there...and they still drop a bit.

I think they will always give a little, there's little to no triangulation of the mounting poiints and the mounting plate it bolts to is only 3/16's material in the rear.

I think a gusset welded along the lower rear brace to the bottom of the mounting bracket would help. Replacing the rubber body mount the front bracket bolts to with a solid aluminum spacer might also stiffen them up.
