Anyone Seen These Rims?

I need one more of these rims for a spare on my Squarebody. I have two questions:

1, What are these called? I bought four of them in 1989 and don't have a clue.
2, Does anyone have a 6 lug version of what is seen in this pic?

I need another 10x15 rim for a spare. Doesn't need to be perfect.

Kindly let me know if anyone can answer 1 or 2.
Note: ebay doesn't have "1" for sale...just sets.

American Racing, Progressive, Ultra all offered that or very similar designs, probably other companies too. That design was everywhere in the early 90’s.
