It seems to be aptly titled, I concur.
I don’t know really I did hear their older shocks were kinda violent. I have Rough Country shocks on mine. They are the N2.0 ones though they are supposed to be a big improvement over their white shocks I was just poking with my comment.

I don't disagree, I was hop8ng the shocks would be 10 years+ old and that would help explain it. I understand Heckethorn is an older line name of lift, but HOW old?
The tires I removed that were 10 years old were equally as rough....and I threw those away haha!

For a more serious reply Heckethorn is what Rough Country started as back in 86 those shocks probably came out around the time of the name change.

So yes they probably are 10+ years old. See if Rough Country will trade you for a new set. I’ve dealt with them a few times good people. I’ve talked with Skyjacker people too and I don’t buy into all the 4 wheeling for Jesus crap. I don’t care about your religious beliefs so don’t try to convert me while I’m trying to buy parts.....which I won’t way to over priced imo. Mandy they seal redemption for raping people on parts not sure. To anyone that reads this I’m not hating on religion but keep it to yourself is all.

I am probably wrong but I think those were around 80's early 90's. I think I had a heckethorn steering stabilizer on a truck in early 80's. Heckethorn color was yellow also which is the color of the bushings.

Sorry- I just saw honkys response above. He has it nailed. I was going by my memory which isn't as good as it once was.
