Ok I'm doing it.

Does anyone know if any place that sells the edelbrock pro flo EFI kit is having a sale on it or the cheapest place to buy it from?

I'm putting it on my big block

All vendors are about the same - when I got mine, Summit had an anniversary sale for 10% off. I took their price to Jeg's and they beat it. Did the same thing with the lift kit. That was about the only way to get a deal.

Good idea thanks man.
Witch one did you get and what did you pay?
Do I have to buy the $500 fuel pump kit separately too?

You may want to seriously consider and in tank pump vs the remote sump. I have the remote sump on my 85 and it does NOT like heat. I'll be converting to in tank pumps before summer comes around again. Even if you buy a later (87 up) baffled tank you will be money ahead. It's also a cleaner install with less wiring and hoses to deal with.

I got the Pro Flo 4 (one that looks like a ram intake) - IIRC it was <$1500 delivered and came with the remote pump (was a bonus offer included). I sold the pump on feebay for $300 and used that towards new FI tanks and intank ACDelco pumps/senders.

Remote pump or sump? Either way you got a great deal because the fuel injection system alone without any pumps is retailing for around $2000 right now.

I know it - full retail was $1799 (iirc) and that was only about 18 months ago. Blame covid.

This was what I got -

I paid $1500 for my kit about a year ago. The remote sump was extra that I got about 6 months earlier to use with the POS Sniper. I did however get a nice aluminum Edelbrock polished, finned air cleaner assembly which is way to nice to install.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I wasn't really planning on messing with the tanks because I have 2 of them and would have to do it on the ground, no lift. Maybe I should rethink this whole thing
