air compressor

Hey guys just got a quick question. a friend of mine gave me an air compressor pump so i decided i want to build my own compressor just for the hell of it. the pump is 21 cfm so im wandering what size motor i should go with? and what size tank?

I'd go with a 60 or 80 gallon if your gonna use a da sander or sand blaster. If its for home use stuff a single stage 5HP will do or dual stage if its used for a business.
