Aftermarket seatbelt install

I got seatbelts from seatbeltsplus.com. I'm going from lap belt to 3 point. Taking out the anchor bolt on the floor I realized my bolt thread/size is different from the hardware provided. Furthermore, I don't have an issue using my original bolt, but it doesn't fit through the "L" mounting bracket.

Is it a Bad idea to drill the hole bigger? Pics show the old bolt and new bolt, and the bracket I'm referring to that ties retractor to floor.

Get the drill out. Sheet metal floor will rip open and you'll be dead before that bracket fails
Haha, let's hope that never happens.

I'll have a go at it with the drill and get them in.

I have the same seatbelt set. I drilled the holes in the brackets to the original bolt size. I bought new grade 8 bolts the same size as original.
