I think the bag on your 1967 f100 is fo washer fluid not A/Freeze.Ford Or GM didnot use a coolant recovery system till much later. They just let the coolant puke on the ground. Then the EPA steped in and we all know where that led.

Your right thats a washer bag not coolant bag. My 67 F100 isnt equipped with coolant overflow tank. So if I add the universal kit that 89S used will it hurt the antique value of it?

I'd say not likley. I would just try to use a current bolt hole in the fender or something of that nature if at all possible. Or incorporate it with something else and make it look good. I much doubt a very minor retrofit like that is gonna hurt the value. It'll just show the thing is in use and road worthy. Now if I had it displayed in a car museum and the thing wasn't being driven, then no, I wouldn't put it on, but its not gonna hurt the value.

Sure will, in your choice of fragrances. I'll try Strawberry Blossoms in mine next time.

I love those small journal small blocks. 283's and 327's for the most part. I'll guess that one to be a 327.
