Joined last spring but spaced the intro. So far, I’ve received some very good information to what questions I posted. Very impress with the forum. Me...retired and living somewhat remote in the NH mountains. I’m not a mechanic, though I can maintain and repair my own vehicles, to a point. Have much more experience in auto body and shooting color. Mine...1978 gmc k15. Looking to do a complete restoration on this truck or at least, it’s a goal.

Greetings and salutations right back to everyone...the 78 has a good foundation. frame is solid...no rust on bed or cab. Engine is as old and tired as I am and pulling the tranny to install a new torque converter and have it checked out...
