has anyone put a 9in ford rearend under a 77 or around that same yr gmc, if can you tell me any problems or advanges to it i can go either way i have a 12 bolt chevy i can us to, but the ford will give me 7 more inchs of tire room. peter

Back spacing can help with tire figment. I know my brother used to run N50-15s on his 74 and they didn’t poke. Those were on dished SS/Ts
