I have a glass pack you can have just pay the shipping cost. I was gonna put it on the v6 Dakota but, I sold it and have no use for it. I'll post a picture of it when I get home from work. @78C10BigTen

The best exhaust system for an S-10 are V8 headers behind that 327, 350 or 383.

His is a 2.5L right?
@78C10BigTen , Ted it WAS a 2.5L, now it's a 5.3L(327). We just got it running real good yesterday, waiting on a shifter cable to work the 700R4 and a new unleaking P.S. pump. I had an old pump laying around, so I used it and of course THAT bit me in the a$$. The shifter cable came with the bucket seats and the console we installed from a 97 S10 Blazer and it was questionable. It's gonna be fun!!!!

I didn't know Magnaflow made a glass pack. I thought they were strictly a muffler and header maker, well, a exhaust system maker.

back.
I hate to state the obvious, but maybe it will save someone sometime. If it's inside the shop it's good if it's outside it's a core or junk. People will ask me, how do you that's good? If it wasn't good it wouldn't be in here.

So everything at the pik and pulls are junk? I usually take a chance at some things for pennies on the dollar, and I think there are quite a few on here that do. With your attitude, I don't think we can be friends anymore

No not what I meant. I meant at my house I don't store parts inside unless they are good. I've got friends that have tons of stuff in theyre garages, they can't remember if it's good or bad.My way if it's not good it's not going to be inside to be in my way,or accidentally installed, just to find out it's junk.

So i know some guys here own mini square s10's, @Vbb199 , @idahovette (kooper's), @Old77 , @bucket used too..., @Crispy . My question to the forum is what do you think of this setup for my s10? Im not used to drivin quiet vehicles and i want to louden my truck. I know some 4.3's sound like V8's with the right muffler. I have youtube'd it but mostly find later 4.3's and i cant pinpoint what mine will sound like. Throw in your input guys!

Zoomy tractor pull headers, sticking up through the hood, with 6 little flap claps. That's the way I'd go, hahaha, jk. Itd be so loud you wouldn't know it's not a V8, hehe.

On a more serious note, my boss has a 97 dodge Dakota muscle truck. It has the magnum V6, and he has it set up with a cat back with cherry bombs.
That thing sounds awesome. That's one mean sounding little V6, fast too.
It grumbles like a V8 when its idling, and when you open it up, it sounds like its turboed, but it isn't. That's the only V6 I know aside from my dads old truck which is so quiet you can't hear it when its running. I call it the electric truck, Haha.
