91 4L80E Pull - What do I need?

So I found a guy with a '91 1 ton crew long box that he's parting out. Its the model that looks just like ours, not the newer 90s one. It has a 4L80E in it, what do I need for a complete conversion? So far I'm thinking:

Trans/converter
Intermediate drive shaft
Electronic speedo gauge cluster

Now the questions. Do I need any kind of module to go between the trans and the speedo? I will be running the 4L80E in manual with a Jake's manual controller and Lokar shifter, so I won't have a computer. I've read about DRACs, but I'm not sure whats up with that. Am I missing anything here? Thanks!

It had a 454, engine is gone. It is a 2wd though.

Any chance it still has the extra long radiator, fan shroud, mount brackets, etc.? Would love to stuff one of those into my 'burb.

No clue. I know almost nothing about the truck, I only asked him about the trans. I can look though. The guy wanted to sell me the whole truck for 1500 without a motor, if I hadn't just bought the one I have I'd jump on it!

Every bit of the wiring harness you can get. Without all of it, the trans is useless.

And the PCM to control the trans. Be a good time to convert your motor to TBI too since the PCM will be the correct one.

Nope sorry guys, this one got away. I think the guy really just wanted to sell the truck as a whole. He advertised as a part out but was really pushy about selling all together. Oh well. Next time I guess.
