90 V2500 Burb restoration

Just took on 1990 V2500 Chevy Suburban 4x4 needs minor repairs
rear electric windows make cranking noise when lowering or raising both sides.
Also rear A/C blocked off, front works fine does anyone know what steps to take replace
or repair the rear A/C ?

My 1989 has the rear A/C intact (mostly, a lot of the plastic clips and holders are broken but all the components are there and functional). Can you be more precise with the description of "blocked off"? Are the lines cut and capped at the rear? Blocked off in the engine bay? Removed completly??

I’m doing a 90 v2500 as well. 1200$ needs a tranny pump, turned into a new trans, then the motor blew, so new motor and a 4” lift. I’ll be in it for ten grand easy after tires and before paint. But at least the interior is nice. Going to need some body panels though. Almost 3 years later and I might have a daily driver by spring. I call her Big Red, like the gum.

As for a/c, haven’t gotten that far.
