Wuss !!! Don't you know how to sneak things into the garage or the side of the house when she isn't looking??? Some of you guys make women sound so hard to deal with.

She's afraid I would bring home a "project" vehicle. She's fine if I buy something drivable. She just don't want something that I would pc together from scratch and she knows that's kinda what I want to do.

What is wrong with people? I tell my dad, I need to bring a truck out there that I bought for $100. Well, let me talk to K and make sure it's OK (K his wife, the one that never gets past the driveway, so why does it matter what's on the other 160 acres in an area NOONE can see) Then the next question is, that she asked him, Does it Run? For a 100 fuggin dollars you're asking if it runs? Helllllllllll NO it don't run, it needs the trans rebuilt. If it ran I could keep it here on the street. Duhhhh !!! So as you guessed, you know where my dad's balls are. Yep, in her purse !!! She woudln't even ever know if I had 100 trucks out there. She don't get off the 1/4 mile long driveway, so long as I stay on the other 3/4 of the 160 acres, she'd never see it.

There were 3 square openings. I could probably get close measurements off the bracket itself. But you got to tell me why first. :D

Apparently UPS was off Friday so your part should head out tomorrow and show up on the radar. I think this is the 3rd trip for the same box, lol!

Several years ago I got an OH console and mounting bracket for the Burb, but I have put off the instal mostly because I didn't want to cut blindly into my good headliner, lol. I think it would be easier if the basics were known, like distance rearward to the front 2 corners and rear 2 corners, and distance from the headliner side trim to the console opening.

And I'm sure that box will get used again too, haha.

Yeah, like I said, I had it cut out and fuggin forgot it, so hopefully it will still be there and intact next trip. There is still one complete one left too. Maybe I should just grab the complete board and also a complete, non-a/c board for the rear....

Other things I gathered were some antenna extension cables for the fender antenna to dash setup, a couple VSS sensors that mount into the speedometer. Also have about a dozen of those axle vent caps, they were easy to grab, any 4wd truck in the left fender, pop right out with a pair of pliers. Let me go out and get some updated pics......

Guess I've never given much thought to those but not a bad idea. Most trans I see a tube coming off them and that's it. I do like the plug with the cover better and it's just not as common on older models.

Yah, that white one there, that is the cleanest one, very minimal rust compared to all the others. Damned shame. Solid ass cab and bed.

True, I didn't think of that, but more of yours will be rust buckets huh? What a shame. You'd think with technology today another product will have been made or found to work as well or better than salt. But no, the new technology now is Mag Water thru automatic sprayers and sprinklers, and that **** is so bad, you can sit and watch it eat your vehicle alive. Even a newer coated car. It's magnesium and the **** makes salt look like a walk in the park.

Here in VA they use 2 types of salt. The regular stuff that to help the roads clear when the roads are bad and some liquid crap they spray on the roads before the storm hits.
