I have a factory TBI 87' Chevy Silverado. I am in works of taking the factory TBI off and switching it to a Sniper EFI 2. I am wondering if the factory fuel pumps are going to provide enough fuel pressure for it, or will I have to replace them?

Sniper 2 is somewhere around 58 psi, gm tbi is 9-13 you can bump it to 20. So the answer is no.. You know sniper is TBI also. What's done to your engine? Or should I say what's done to your engine that you think you need sniper.

Related question: If a Sniper setup requires that much more pressure, will it require also changing all the lines from the tank to the engine compartment as well (along with the frame-rail mounted filter) to handle the higher pressure? Or can just the pump be changed?
