hey y'all, just got a clean 87 r10, but it doesn't have tilt column, wondering if 84 to 86 will work from a carb truck?

If you find a tilt column and want to sell your non-tilt one, let me know. I am looking for a non-tilt one and I'm pretty sure the 1987 will fit my 1989 Suburban. I'd offer a trade-out by my existing column (which is a tilt) is really loose and wobbly which apparently happens to all of them, and thanks to the previous owner installing some kind of column armor, it cannot be disassembled for repair.
