Selling my '86 K20 Suburban, would like to get 1100 bucks out of it. I bought it 2 years ago in VA and drove it home to Ohio, it was my wife's daily driver for those last two years. PO paid a guy to swap in a low-mile 350, turns out its a worn out '79 305. Runs good for the most part, but has a tendency to foul out the #3 plug and hot oil pressure is low (but enough to not cause trouble). It's a th400/208 with a 10 bolt front and a 14SF rear. SPID says 4.10 gears but I wouldn't be surprised if 4.56's were swapped in. It's a 9-passenger with seats and door panels from an '89-'91 (tan).
Bad:
Tired 305
Rusty rockers and front fenders
Block lift front and rear (sketchy and unsafe)
Tires need replaced
AC and cruise are removed
Good:
TH400/np208/auto hubs work perfect
Brakes good
Floors and rear sill solid
GM replacement tailgate (zero rust) at some point
Decent interior, power windows/locks all work
Recent torque converter
Recent 600 CFM Holley
Recent MSD street fire dizzy
Overall it drives very well
Frame solid as can be
All in all, it's a running/driving beater truck or a good candidate for a motor swap and a real lift.
