Keep in mind there are 2 things that don't get along with me and vehicles in my history. Transmissions and radiators/cooling.

Anyway, today I'm putting the fitting I just took off the trans to take the parts house to make sure it's gonna match up. 1st one went it fine....it took my torque well. 2nd one on the other hand wasn't even starting to get torqued.....and snapped off in the trans. I almost **** a brick and puked at the same time.

Another thing that don't work out for me well is something broke off and I have to tap it out. I got lucky and it came out easily.

He watched out for me today and he knows I'm thankful for it.

woohoo she started today! Turns out I had a few grounds off and my PCM fuse block connector had too much solder in it.....stopping the fuse from going in. It pushed the pin back. I'll make a video before the weekend is up. Gotta clean up the harness now and a few other odds and ends.

also notice the bottom radiator hose in the pic above is backwards (I think). It's rubbing on the fender well pretty good. So I'll be draining it as. LOL gonna go buy a new bucket for that. I'm down to $25 bucks left of the "truck money" bank account.

lol yeh thanks M8. Thinking the same thing on the other side for oil unless I get a bigger radiator that has it built in. If I did get the larger/wider radiator, do you think I'd need the extra transcooler that I just installed? Weighing options. Another ~$100 for the cooler or just get a larger radiator at a yard for less that has oil cooling. Spend a bit to have it checked out. Should balance out.

during warm up, I did notice the larger fan cutting on first. When I wired up the GM fuseblock, the signal wires were green and blue from the block and ECM, so I matched them. Think I should switch them so the smaller fan comes on first, then the larger as needed?

The ckt has a fail safe in case I lose a fan or power to it.

One more cooler can’t hurt and just adds a bit more capacity

The little ones are usually the secondary and spin faster. The larger are the primary. Also I didn’t forget your wiper control. Been stupid busy and now I’m out of town. When I get back I know I’m at the shop I will get it sent out.

I'm curious to know if you set up your power steering like blueox said in an earlier post.
