I really want to get $3200 out of it, I think it's well worth that.

Runs and drives great, it's the 454/th400/3.73 14FF. Mostly original paint and the interior is pretty good. Only a few issues... pinhole leak near top of radiator, fan clutch needs replaced, and the AC doesn't work (may need a compressor or may just need charged). I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I forgot to mention, I'm willing to deliver within reason or meet half way since nobody is all that close to here.

Eh, I've got used to the fact that I really don't need it. Originally I didn't intend to keep it anyway. Besides, it may not even sell and then I'll be forced to 4x4 it... I really need to get some other projects done though.

New battery and fan clutch installed a couple weeks ago. Also forgot about the recent trans cooler (plate style), TCI alum trans pan, and full synthetic trans fluid.

pretty nice looking old burb. I wish I had the extra cash, I'd buy it for my old lady to drive. Of course then I'd never have to worry about her running off on me since she couldn't afford the gas to lol

I've noticed that about burbs to, there a hard sell. I have 3 or 4 for parts and never sell anything Burb related off one. I was looking for a good tub while back for a customer and a rust free tub brings $2k. I'd hate to be the guy trying to pedal those lol. We have been considering getting a clean burb here at work and a nice sppedloader trailer to do the out of town runs and if there family is stranded to. I can't think of a better setup than a burb for over the road hauling.

A lot of that has to do with MPGs, age and low ballers trying to get a deal

I think the biggest problem is the age. It's old enough that most people don't want one as a family hauler (we are not those people, lol), but it's not quite old enough to be considered by the classic truck market. I think if it were a '96 or a '76, it would have sold by now.

True that, although I do think that the asking price is fair. Out here that thing could probably command $4k.

The price is defanatly a fair one. I was one Craigslist searching to see what ones going for, and your real fair priced. I was looking at my old lady's car while ago and I'm going have replace it soon, the front tires are leaning bad. Plus who on here would spend any money on a f&rd.

How much rust is in the back of the body and underside?

Not much for an Ohio truck. Mostly because it's only been in Ohio for a few years. The worst of it is one small hole behind each rear tire, not big enough to require a stamped patch. The rear door inside bottoms have some minor scabbing that I've been meaning to fix before it becomes an issue. Same with the tailgate, minor scabbing at the bottom flange. Everything under the body and in the rear wheel wells is rock solid.

Here's some pics I took for Jim earlier this year, of the exhaust. Pretty clean truck I think.

New price, $2500. Due to constantly getting screwed at work, I really need to sell this now.
