Hi everyone. I'm based in South Carolina and recently picked up a rusty, crusty, but generally solid '85 C10 longbed (Scottsdale edition). The truck has a 305 with a 700r4 behind it. It's my first squarebody, but not my first older chevy. My son and I have rebuilt a '67 impala with a small block and also are in process on a '72 Chevelle with a small block.
The truck is supposed to be more of a workhorse for our car restoration hobby, but I can already tell I won't be able to leave well enough alone. I've already collected some good insights from this site and hope to contribute as well.
