73 C10 Rear End Small Lift Needed

I have a one owner 73 C10 LWB 2WD.
Over time, rear end has sagged a bit.
What is the easiest way to lift it 2”?
Spring shackles?

Shackles are easy, but not good for stability and load carrying unless they are really stiff. Blocks are probably a better choice, but more work to install.

I'd probably put air shocks on it.
