Sorry, apparently I may be going blind.
Anyway, other than the obvious, like make sure it has oil and clean fuel, you'll want to loosen the injector lines at the injectors and crank it until you see fuel coming out of all of them. For starting an unknown engine I would probably take the air cleaner and it's studs off and have somebody standing by with piece of plywood ready to snuff it in case of the unlikely event of a runaway. Also perhaps obviously, make sure the area is clean so you don't have anything sneak down the intake. Retighten the injector lines and start it up.
Don't use starting fluids and be kind to the starter if you need to do any extended cranking.
