Does anything other than the throttle body have to be change to go from a drive by wire to drive by cable.

The PCM often has to be changed. A lot of the DBW PCMs lack the driver for the Idle Air Controller used on DBC setups. I think LT1Swap.com has a list of which PCMs can control one.
