Check your local auto salvage yard You can usually pull your own for less than 500 bucks and get the matching transmission for another 200 or so. Then you can make sure and get the ECM, harness, exhaust parts, etc etc. It's going to cost a lot less if you are willing to pull it. On the right days they sometimes have half or some % off when you pay attention and sign up for the reward programs some of them have (like pick-n-pull).

mileage/cost and what all did you get from the vehicle? The fan relay box is very handy and makes it really easy to install/control the fans. Rockauto for front O2 sensors if you didn't get them.
