4x4 Rally wheel center cap finish and decals

I bought 2 new rear rally wheel center caps with the 4x4 logo from the dealership back in 1997 and I cant remember for the life of me if they were shiny chrome or satin finish with some chrome accents...

All of the aftermarket stuff I've found seems to be fully chromed.

When I go to restore my caps what should the finish look like?

Also, what's the best source for replacement 4x4 decals? Mine are faded.

The dome is shiny chrome; the base of the cap is painted argent silver.

Thanks guys... That was exactly what I needed to know. Now I just hope the chrome part on mine cleans up & ill dust some silver around the bases.
