That must be a round eye thing or is it manual specific? Because my V10 floor don't look like that.....

I believe the bolt in humps were a round eye deal...or at least not carried for long. eventually it appears they went to all welded in, high or low hump.

My floor has a flat spot near the seat and a round indent under the dash and of course the selector for the TC but it's all pare of the floor.

Now I understand the ease of finding one and just cutting it out dropping it in but if someone was decent with sheet metal you couldnt you make one yourself?

I would imagine you could- and I was. But I found a donor piece thankfully.

The one I used in mine came from an '82 3/4 ton manual shift. I just filled in the shifter hole as I have an automatic.

I have one out of my 77 Jimmy, with floor panel. I just don't know if I'm going to need it for my Extracab. My cab is a 2wd cab, but I'm going to make it a 4x4. Don't know if I'll need it for the transfer case shifter or not. If anyone knows for sure, if I will or not. I might be able to help him. A body lift is NOT a option.
