Lmao you and I know that but a lot of the "car" people wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless you opened the hood.

Well, that's true only because they don't have a clue what a blower is or how they work, lol..

I'll have to agree. No gear drive for me. Not to fond of all that turbo noise either. N/A is my preference.

Blower is an easy drop in setup, which is why I brought it up and will give the desired power with existing setup

You still need fuel enrichment and timing to be taken out under boost. Unless your running water meth injection,E85 or alky but enrichment is still needed.

Don't use the noisy one and you won't get the irritating whine.. :D

If you run carbs they need to be boost referenced or they lean out on top, run the right fuel for the compression and you don't have to worry about retarding timing, besides pulling timing back causes heat.

If you run carbs they need to be boost referenced or they lean out on top, run the right fuel for the compression and you don't have to worry about retarding timing, besides pulling timing back causes heat.
That's why I'd use E85 or water meth now a days.

We had one here for about a year and it went away, now the closest one is about 35 miles away.

I have a 454 3999288 4 bolt main 353049 heads it was recently machined .40 over I'm wanting a voodoo cam. Anyone out there have any suggestions I have edelbrock 650 cfm. Dish top pistons I really want 600 hp I just need more help any suggestions I thought about doing a stroker 496
Careful if you stick with the stock stroke that stock crank is only good up to 600, other than that I'm building a 2 bolt with a voodoo and I'm gonna have a mid range 11:1 or higher I'm gonna have a methanol injection system so I can stick to pump fuel and daily it I've ported the stock heads a healthy amount soon it will go in and I'll hit the dyno I'm gonna have 2200 stall converter along with a turbo 400 and a 205 trans case in a short box with 3:73 gears soon enough 4:10 but that's just what it is right now anyway I'm hoping for a mid 400 to the ground with 33" tires I think if anything my 650 demon or the 3 speed is gonna kill me I still have high hopes for that mid 400 though

You're not really going to run that big stinker on a 2 bolt block? You will exceed 600hp easy with that setup.
