I'm not 100% sure but I believe most fit but need changes in the prom to get full potential. From what I've read guys either up their fuel pressure or go to a police package 350 injector, or a combo of both. I dont see this as being a worthwhile mod on a stock 350tbi.

You having issues or are you building a motor?

The thing is that the stock TBI only takes in about 450-75 CFM so to get the most out of this, someone’s gonna have to bore your SBC unit, or you’re gonna have to go with a 454 unit. And then you could tune it. At least that’s what I’d do.

You could always run twin TBIs too, with 4.3 injectors. On a dual quad intake of course. I've always thought it would be cool to try that.

A friend did on his 406, looks cool but he never could get it tuned correctly and gave up.

I've seen it once before too, also on a 406 but in a '74 or so Monte. The guy used a kit from Howell.

80 lbs injectors are too much for a stock 350 with stock TB. im building a vortec 383 with bored 46mm TB and my tuner guy (Old School EFI/Dave W. On Gearhead-EFI ) insists that 80 lbs is too much even for this set up. He had me buy 74 lbs 454 injectors. Don’t have it running yet, but I’m hoping to in a few weeks.

I have installed the police interceptor injectors, 80lb at 18psi or mid 70s with stock fuel pump. My engine is a bit more than stock, maybe looking at near 300hp so hopefully it can handle the bigger injectors. Im scheduled for a tune/remap next week...hopefully it all comes together. Currently there is no power in the big end, shift points are off a little and scat gear is not working. Hopefullly all this can be fixed on remap.

454 injectors can work, but they make it difficult in the low RPM and especially at idle. Harris Performance tbichips.com has excellent information on throttle body modifications, troubleshooting, tuning and part selection for TBI motors. I recommend you read his recommendations page and his troubleshooting pages thoroughly.

No power at the big end is an ignition timing issue. If you were fuel starved your plugs would show it...

Stock injectors will EASILY support 300hp. You're barkin up the wrong tree ol boy!
